I confirm that I have purchased Navigating Co-Parenting: Finding Peace, Stability, and Healing in Your Home, have read the book before actively promoting it, and understand that I must provide proof of purchase before I can be approved as a Book Ambassador.

Proof of purchase will be used only to verify your eligibility for the Heather Summers Book Ambassador Program. Commission & Discount Agreement

I understand that, if approved, I will receive a unique ambassador code that provides customers with 10% off qualifying signed-book purchases made through hsummers.com. I will earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made using my ambassador code. Commissions are paid monthly once my eligible commission balance reaches the $10.00 minimum payout threshold. Balances below $10.00 will roll over to future months until the minimum payout threshold is reached. Commission is calculated on the discounted merchandise subtotal and excludes shipping, taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and my own purchases.

Disclosure & Promotion Agreement

I agree to promote the book honestly and authentically and to clearly disclose my ambassador relationship when sharing my code, including that I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. I will not make misleading claims, use spam or deceptive advertising practices, or represent myself as an employee or official representative of Heather Summers.

Program Terms Agreement

I have read and agree to the Heather Summers Book Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions. I understand that participation in the program is subject to approval and that program terms, commission rates, discounts, or participation may be modified or discontinued in accordance with the Program Terms.
